While struggling with stage 4 Alzheimer’s, my mum, Daphne Rathbone, painstakingly managed to draw these wonderful pencil sketches even though she didn’t write any longer.
We poured over the poems together at different moments and in random locations, until she was able to complete Froopogees in honor of her first great-grandchild.
Twice I have been featured in these collections of a dozen stories.
